In 1949, the Zhengzhou textile Machinery Plant was born in
the salute sound of Republic.
In 1951, the Zhengzhou textile Machinery Plant produced out
the first batch of 32 sets of roving machine. Following that,
it tried to make new product every year. The product kind had
been developed from blowing machine to various textile machines,
more than 1000 kinds at present.

In 1950s, the Zhengzhou textile Machinery Plant mainly
produced blowing machine、sizing machine、dyeing and printing machine.
In 1960s, the Zhengzhou textile Machinery Plant mainly produced
viscose and vinylon equipment.
In 1970s, the Zhengzhou textile Machinery Plant mainly produced
small-scale chemical fiber equipment, such as PAN fiber、PA fiber、PET
fiber.
In 1980s, the Zhengzhou textile Machinery Plant mainly produced
chemical fiber equipment and flat-screen printing machine.
In 1990s, the Zhengzhou textile Machinery Plant aimed at the advanced
standard of the world, stepping the stride in the high starting point.
Major products were top-grade blowing-carding machine and sizing machine,
large-scale dry-method acrylic fibers and viscose equipment.

| In 1954, the grooved drum winder made by the
Zhengzhou textile Machinery Plant took part in Lapsy international
fair, displayed and quite praised in London and New Delhi. |

| In 1958，party and state leaders such as Deng
Xiaoping、Liu Shaoqi and Zhu De etc. sooner or later came to
the Plant for inspection and affirmed the enterprise’s development. |

| In 1959，the Zhengzhou textile Machinery Plant
had been honored the whole national red-banner unit title, director
Zhang Zhongpeng participated in Hero conference of the whole
nation held in Beijing and premier Zhou Enlai personally presented
the banner. |

In 1987，15000t/y polyester staple fiber after-treatment
equipment had been awarded with great national technical equipment
prize.
In 1991，GA301 sizing machine had been awarded with great national
Sci-tech tackle key problem second prize.
In 1991，secretary-general Jiang Zemin inspected the Plant.
In 2000，vice premier Wu Bangguo inspected the Plant.
In March, 2001, the Zhengzhou textile Machinery Plant passed through
the quality system auditing of China quality association center in
Beijing to be the first to gain the quality system attestation of
2000 edition ISO9001 standard.
In May, 2002，the Zhengzhou textile Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded,
as indicated that the Zhengzhou textile Machinery Plant was good-bye
to the 53 years history of factory system and realized the management-operating
model of corporationization.
